Bug fixes:

- Waffle maker GUI: Gave multiple items in output instead of 1.

- Waffle maker container: Shift-Click did not store the correct items in the correct slots
- Dehydrator container: Shift-Click did not store the correct items in the correct slots
- Cooking Furnace container: Shift-Click did not store the correct items in the correct slots

- Waffle Maker: Getting hurt if you placed the waffle maker on top of another waffle maker

- Butter churn: Could not create a butter churn
- Dehydrator: Wrong recipe
